At SmileFun, we want you to glow with confidence; if you are not completely satisfied with your beauty purchase, you can return or exchange items within 30 days of delivery.

Return Process

  Initiate Your Request

  Log into your SmileFun account and visit the 'Order History' section to select the items you wish to return and receive a return authorization number.

  Pack with Care

  Place the unused or gently used products in their original packaging, ensuring all seals and promotional items are included to qualify for a full refund.

• 3.
  Attach the Label

  Print the prepaid shipping label provided via email and securely attach it to the outside of your return parcel, removing any old shipping marks.

• 4.
  Drop Off and Track

  Deliver your package to the nearest authorized carrier location and keep your tracking receipt; your refund will be processed within 5-7 business days of receipt.
